Visit Tacoma - Slide Show of "The Cutting Edge" Available

The Cutting Edge, quilts by members of Washington's Contemporary QuiltArt Association, can be seen at the Washington State History Museum in Tacoma, Washington now through August 21, 2016. The exhibit space is wonderful and the show looks great.  It's well worth the stop if you're driving on I5, or make a day of it and take a trip to Tacoma.  There's plenty to see and do. Some of my favorite Tacoma stops are: Tacoma Art Museum, Washington State History Museum, Museum of Glass with the Bridge of Glass approach, Point Defiance Park with its zoo, gardens and aquarium, LeMay America's Car Museum, Fibers Etc, B2 Gallery, and American Art Company with lunch at Galanga Thai cuisine.

A slide show of the exhibit is available on the CQA website here.  Also see a review of the show with lots of in situ photos on the Okan Arts website here.
