Guatemala Bound Quilts Exhibit at La Conner Quilt Walk

My Vancouver neighbor and friend Mary Arnold pieced and appliqued these two tops for Guatemala Bound.  Aren't they lovely?  The applique quilt (detail above) will be exhibited and for sale at the LaConner Quilt Walk September 1 to October 15 in La Conner Washington.  All proceeds will go toward getting the quilts to the orphanage in Guatemala.

This log cabin center diamond will also be displayed and for sale at the Quilt Walk.  I pieced this quilt with my friend Pat from Alaska and quilted it on my longarm.  It was the first twin size quilt finished for the project.
