February 2018 Quilts to Mayan Families

In getting ready to post the Mayan Families shipment I'm working on, I realize I didn't post the five quilts shipped last February.  Here they are. The playmat is from the Palm Desert Lunch Bunch and was sent with appropriate Hot Wheels. The log cabin variations are mine.

For eight years now, with the help of many friends and acquaintances, I have been sending quilts to Guatemala, mostly to a non-profit called Mayan Families for their Children at Risk program. Patchwork Design Contemporaneo 2018 finished a very successful exhibit in Sao Paulo. The exhibit was flawless, and the work looked fantastic in this very professional setting.
